Responsible for supporting sales initiatives and sales of the company’s products within an assigned territory, geographic region or by account assignment. Key focus on telehealth and launching new software solution to use in combination with hardware.


  • Work directly with sales team members to support key sales initiatives.
  • Deliver sales revenue per in assigned accounts or territory.
  • Execute a solution centric selling approach within targeted customers and potential customers.
  • Develop and nurture strategic relationships at customer level and communicate A&D’s value through all stakeholders.
  • Develop strategic relationships with potential customers and partners to further A&D’s growth within assigned accounts.
  • Communicate customer and market specific needs back to R&D, marketing, and management team.
  • Create market and customer specific business profiles. Provides industry and competitive market data.
  • Partner with cross-functional team to support forecast and supply accuracy down to the customer level.
  • Work with strategic distribution partners to add end-user value through partnership.

Some travel may be necessary to support customer meetings, internal meetings, and market specific tradeshows.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of sales experience.
  • Ability to gain others’ support for ideas, proposals, projects, and solutions.
  • Demonstrate concern for satisfying external and/or internal customers.
  • Ability to identify the information needed to clarify a situation, seek that information from appropriate sources, and use skillful questioning to draw out the information, when others are reluctant to disclose it.
  • The ability to anticipate the implications and consequences of situations and take appropriate action to be prepared for possible contingencies.
